If you find that Blue Web Infotech did not provide you what you purchased, please contact our support team via the contact us page or contact us directly at info@bwaterconsulting.com

If you are requesting a refund on a renewal, it has to be within 7 days of that renewal payment to receive a refund.

If you are requesting a refund on an initial purchase, it has to be within 30 days of that purchase to receive a refund.
